Cause:
Fault due to an under-reading of the thermal cable or due to work that was not performed according to the work procedures.
Solution:
- Periodic external examination of the thermal cables.
- Preventative cleaning using a RAMCLEAN® cleaning product – usually aggressive grade such as RAMCLEAN® 204, according to the severity of the issue. Determining the final RAMCLEAN® solution will be performed by completing the questionnaire or through a Chat conversation with the RAMCLEAN® experts.
Cleaning tips
- Raising the temperature of the problematic areas of the equipment (such as the nozzles) by 10-15 degrees, and using 2 doses of cleaning material (twice the volume of the cylinder), until the cleaning is complete.
